Dick & Kathy Fenner were born, raised and educated on the East Coast. They married in 1982 and have one son, Rich, who recently graduated from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland and is currently living and working in London. After a successful career in the corporate world Dick started his Real Estate career in 1984 with First Team Real Estate handling residential marketing and sales in Irvine and surrounding cities. Kathy, after finishing her first career with IBM, officially joined Dick in the real estate business. Dick's outside interests include Genealogy, softball, golf and SCUBA diving. Kathy loves a great book, play or movie as well as gourmet dining. Their shared interests include family, travel, community, their cats and Real Estate. Dick & Kathy have been very active in the Village of Woodbridge in Irvine where they have lived, worked, played and volunteered for over 20 years in organizations such as Woodbridge Village Association, Irvine Unified School District PTA, Indian Guides, Orangewood Children's Home and Sunrise Exchange Club. The Fenners provide the Woodbridge Maps distributed at the WVA Office as well as sponsor the Shredding and Recycling Event. They believe strongly in contributing to Woodbridge, Red Cross Blood Drives, Katrina Victims, Irvine Temporary Housing, Lymphoma Society, St. Jude's Hospital, etc.
